Online Home Loan Management Project using Spring boot, JPA, RestAPI, Postman, ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and MYSQL with source code. It uses ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap for frontend, Spring boot as backend technology, and RestAPI’s to communicate between frontend and back, That can be also run or tested using Postman.
Project Overview
Loan Management is a web application, that manages simple loan activities like Managing a loan, Applying for a loan with required approvals, and managing customers or end users of the application with various user roles. It allows users to keep track of their loan details, payment history, and upcoming payments.

The application has all the below modules
- Login
- Home Loan Offerings.
- Home Loan Dashboard.
- New Home Loan.
- Home Loan tracker.
User Registration and Authentication:
Users can create accounts and securely log in to the system. It uses JWT auth to create and verify tokens. Implement Authentication and authorization features. Customers should be able to view only his/her availed home loans. Only members with admin access should be able to view all the customer home loan details.
Loans: The admin can maintain all the loan-related activity like ADD, EDIT, DELETE, or Update the loans. The end user can apply for the loan and maintain the history of the applied loans. Display all the available home loan offerings to the user. Users should be able to get the details about respective home loans on a button click
Loan Calculations: We have implemented an EMI calculator, where users can calculate their monthly EMIs according to their desire.
User Management: The user can register, log into the application, and perform various operations at the same time admin can manage(ADD, EDIT, DELETE, UPDATE) the registered users.
Home Loan Dashboard:
- This module should be enabled for authenticated users.
- The user should be able to view his /her availed loan details by clicking on the home loan
number. - The user should be able to view the details like loan type, Nominee details, total loan amount, loan tenure, current rate of interest, principal outstanding amount, outstanding EMI count, etc.
New Home Loan:
- User Should be able to apply for a new home loan.
- The screen will display all the home loan products with the option to apply.
- The user should be able to calculate the EMI amount based on the loan amount, rate of interest
and tenure.
